Court Rules That Salem Hospital Must Bargain a Contract With Us

We have just won a big victory. The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in our favor and upheld an order for the hospital to enter contract negotiations with us. The decision followed hearings held in September to determine whether the hospital violated the law by refusing to recognize our vote for union representation five years ago.
