Members Ratify Contract Settlement
Local 5091 members overwhelmingly approved a 3 year contract at membership meetings held yesterday. The contract includes across the board wage and step increases amounting to over 9% during the term of the contract. In addition, we gained improved language on staffing and health and safety protections.
Local 5091 President Jeff Peck praised the contract as a means to “strengthen protections for workers and patients and plan for a more secure future for our hospital and community.”
