Local 5103 ballots have been mailed out

Ballots for Local 5103 Officer Elections have been mailed out. Only members of the Technical Unit will receive ballots since only the Co-President of Technical Unit position is contested. The election is being conducted and overseen by the American Arbitration Association.  

Any voters with missing or damaged ballots will be directed to request replacements by calling our Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This number is to be utilized only for duplicate ballot requests.

Members may also make requests by e-mailing requests to Sacha Ulerio at ulerios@adr.org. Voters are asked not to call prior August 26, 2019, to allow sufficient time for the delivery of all ballots which come with a self-addressed Business reply envelope.

The Election deadline is September 9, 2019.

A sample of the ballot can be downloaded here. Only one position is contested. Only original ballots mailed to you will be counted.
