Are you registered to vote?
For your vote to count on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, New Jersey and Pennsylvania residents should check to see if they are registered and register to vote if they’re not already registered. Tuesday, October 13, 2020 is the deadline to register in New Jersey and Monday, October 19, 2020 is the deadline in Pennsylvania.
New Jersey residents, check your voter’s registration status and make any necessary changes. New Jersey now offers online voter registration, and all you have to do is answer a few questions. You will need your driver’s license or non-driver identification card and social security number and, in just a few minutes, you will be registered to vote.
Check your county clerk’s office where and how to vote early. Counties are also providing Ballot Drop Box locations, often at your local and/or your municipal office building.
Pennsylvania residents, check your voter’s registration status and make any necessary changes before the deadline so our votes will count on election day. If it turns out you’re not registered, Pennsylvania now offers online voter registration and all you have to do is answer a few questions. You will need your driver’s license or non-driver identification card and social security number and, in just a few minutes, you will be registered to vote.
Your county clerk’s office has information where, when and how to vote early.
If you are unsure who to vote for, HPAE has a list of candidates that we recommend voters elect this election season.
