Local 5097 Membership Meetings via Zoom, May 4

We will be holding  membership meetings on Tuesday, May 4 at 8am, 1pm and 5pm. Please use the zoom link below to get on one of these important meetings. You will also be receiving an email from the AAA to conduct a strike vote which we will talk about at the meeting. This does not mean we will strike we just need your support and to pressure Harborage who has failed to address our health & safety concerns, staffing issues and patient care along with pay. Harborage has also failed to provide additional bargaining dates. Our contract expires on May 31. We up to see you Tuesday.

Strike Vote Instructions

The job action authorization vote will be run by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Voting will be anonymous, no one will know how you vote. You will be able to vote online or by phone.  AAA will be emailing you all information.  Voting is Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 7:00 a.m. and end Thursday, May 6th, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.  If you do not receive an email from AAA by Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 by 8:00 a.m., you may contact AAA and they will assist you with missing PINs.  You may call their Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  This number is to be utilized only for PIN requests. Members may also make requests by e-mailing requests to Sacha Ulerio at ulerios@adr.org.
