Notice of 2021 Nominations and Election of Local 5106 Officers
The Nominations/Election Committee announces that there are five (5) local 5106 officer positions that are up for election this year. Nominations for these positions are currently being accepted by the nomination committee.
POSITIONS:
- President
- Vice President of RN
- Vice President Professionals
- Vice President Technical
- Secretary/Treasurer
(Job descriptions are available in the Local’s Constitution & By-Laws.)
TERM OF OFFICE: September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2023
NOMINATIONS PROCEDURE: Attached you will find a Nomination/Declaration Statement. NOMINATIONS DEADLINE: August 10, 2021, 12:00 PM
ELECTION DATE: Ballots to be mailed to all members in July. If it is an uncontested election, the committee will case one ballot on behalf of the slate in which case no ballots will be sent. Candidates may be present for the mailing of the ballots. Please advise the committee if you wish to be present at the mailing of the ballots.
ELIGIBILITY: Any HPAE Local 5106 member in good standing is eligible to run for office. All elected candidates must attend the HPAE Officer Training
