3% Across the Board Raise

Yesterday, we met with upper management from Inspira and are pleased to announce that all nurses (full-time, part-time and per diem) will be receiving a 3% raise effective retro from 11/14. You will see this reflected in your 12/3 paycheck. Eligible employees will still also advance one step on the wage scale the first pay period in December. This is intended as a market adjustment to recruit and retain staff due to severe nursing shortages we are facing across the country. We know everyone is working hard in these difficult and unprecedented times.
