Your 401(K)s: We have filed a grievance over missing contributions and matching payments. We have cases pending before the Labor Board and an Arbitrator. Management has made the 2023 matching payments and has committed to making everyone whole, including past payments and interest. We are keeping our cases open until these payments are made.
