Local 5185 Negotiations Update, June 17, 2024

Yesterday (6/17), your Negotiations Committee met with Management. We continued to review the financial information we collected, and discussed Wages, Staffing, Information, and Down-staffing as well.

Management continues to claim there is no money for raises.

We Tentatively Agreed to language requiring Management to provide us with financial information in a timely manner in future disputes/negotiations.

We are closer on additional down-staffing protections, as well as new staffing protections for Service, Tech, and Professional staff, but no agreement has been made yet on those topics.

We go back to the table next week.
