Local 5107 EVVNA/VNA Negotiations Update: We have a contract!

We met with management today; it was the final day of negotiations, and we pushed them as far as we could for the benefit of our members. A summary of the agreement will be supplied shortly but some of the highlights are:

• $2.00 per hour across the board for 2024
• 2.5% across the board for 2025
• 3.5% increase per visits in 2024, 2.5% increase per visits 2025
• No more 3 starts of care! It has been reduced to 2
• Additional float holiday
• Increase certification pay to $2.00 per hour

We will be holding ratification meetings next week and will vote on the contract, information to follow. Please make every effort to attend and have your voice heard.
