Insurance Rates

By now you may have heard that Hudson Regional decided to unilaterally, and in violation of our contract, increase Health Insurance premiums for all of our members. This is unacceptable. They did approach the Executive Board asking if we would agree to increase your rates – and we told them we would not agree to that in no uncertain terms. It seems that they decided to do it anyway.

We are in the process of filing grievances and exploring other legal avenues to rectify this. In the meantime, select the best option during open enrollment for you and your family and know that we will fight to make sure your insurance premiums revert to those we agreed to in our most recent contract.
