Local 5058 Contract Survey

As you may know, our union contract at JSUMC is expiring on September 8th. Planning is already underway for contract negotiations to start in a few months. You are an important part of the plan – the contract belongs to every member, and if we are going to negotiate a good contract, we need to know what issues matter most to you.

Please take some time to complete the survey at the link below. If you are in a hurry, you should be able to finish it in under 10 minutes. If you have more time, we hope you will give us as much detail as possible about your thoughts, concerns, and ideas about the contract. We don’t want to miss something important!
