Local 5621 Invitation to our First Union Bargaining Session

The time has finally arrived for us to begin bargaining our next union contract with Inspira. Our first day in negotiations will be Thursday, April 10th, 2025. We will be presenting our first proposals, focusing on SAFE STAFFING, WAGE INCREASES and WORKPLACE VIOLENCE. We’re inviting all HPAE Local 5621 members to wear RED and join us at the Marriott in Glassboro (325 Rowan Blvd, Glassboro, NJ 08028) in the hotel lobby at 9am. We want to pack the room to present our contract petition demands to management and send a strong and unified message from the start that we mean business. Our power as a local union comes from our collective strength and unity in numbers!
