Local 5105 ‘Fair and Just Culture’ membership dinner

On Wednesday, local 5105 hosted a membership dinner at the Hotel ML where John Campbell-Orde, Bill Zoda and Maureen May of PASNAP spoke about Just Culture, a non-punitive work environment that promotes patient safety.  The employer recently instituted a policy regarding Just Culture. The dinner was well attended and members described the education as enlightening.
