HPAE members are overbooked, drowning in paperwork, and constantly stressed. We care about our clients, and it is very difficult to provide quality care in a high-pressure, profit-driven work environment. Adding insult to injury, Rutgers executives and management too often ignores and disrespects us.
This lunch time meeting is an opportunity to find ways we can fight together for an institution that treats patients and workers with dignity and respect.
