HPAE Rowan Local 5094 Bargaining Update, July 16
Our HPAE Local 5094 Negotiating Committee met for our second session for our successor agreement with Rowan University yesterday.
Below are the updates from the session:
- The Rowan management team stated they do not anticipate having any non-economic proposals to present and therefore did not present anything at negotiations.
- We address the initial contract proposals we put on the table at the last session including: job series, bereavement time, and parking.
- We passed additional proposals across the table this session including proposals on New Jersey Earned Sick Leave and the NJ SAFE Act.
We thank everyone who supported the team by wearing red shirts and their HPAE pins.
