Twelve hour shift MOA ratified

HPAE Local 5030 RNs on 3E, 4th,5th floors and ICU voted 74% to 26% on a MOA implementing 12 hours shifts on these units. The Local Union will meet with HMH management within 30 days to role out the implementation of the new shifts.

Once we have the new start date all members will be informed. We will keep you posted throughout this process. Thanks to all members who took the time today to attend the informational meetings and vote.
