Quest Diagnostics Local 5030 Member Update
We met today, March 1st, with the management team from Quest to discuss wages and other concerns. During the darkest days of the Pandemic the members of HPAE Local 5030/Quest stepped up to provide excellent patient care.

We met again today, January 20th, with HMH for further bargaining on the new wage scales for members in the LPN/TECH, PRO & S/M units. We have reached an agreement on the new wage scales for all members.

Local 5030 Bargaining Update: Memorandum of Agreement Reached
HMH agreed today to our proposal to do a Market Rate Analyses for all non-RN bargaining unit members which cover about 500 members, something we have tried to get done for several years (This is a big win).

We started bargaining last Friday over our request submitted in June for a labor market rate adjustment for all. HMH made a proposal that dealt with a new wage scale for RNs only. We are reviewing that proposal.

Member Update on HMH’s Mandatory Vaccinations for COVID-19
The Union was notified yesterday that effective October 1, 2021, HMH will require all team members, physicians, volunteers, vendors, and consultants to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
