New studies show that, even as cases of COVID-19 surged in the general population, infections among vaccinated health care workers dropped significantly.
Several studies show that health care workers — the first wave of people to get vaccinated against the disease — got significant protection from the virus after getting fully immunized. And that helped to shield members of their households from infection, too.
