Coalition of Rutgers Unions Fiscal Emergency Tentative Agreement Town Hall Meeting-April 1, 2021

Coalition of Rutgers Unions virtual Town Hall event will occur  later today, April 1, 2021 at 5:00 PM.  At the meeting, we will talk about the tentative agreement as we did at our membership meetings earlier this week, but we will also be together as members of all of the Coalition unions to discuss it, how we can stand in solidarity with the rest of our union family at Rutgers, as well discuss where we go from here as we prepare for next year’s contract negations. While we stand to gain some important protections and payment of our deferred salary increases in this agreement, we are going to have to fight hard in this contract season to prevent a repeat of the circumstances this past year and to get the contract and wages we truly deserve.
