Negotiations Session #6

Today we pressed the hospital to address several major issues: vacation, education, staffing, and wages. EHMC has no real response to these issues. They continue to tell us they will “get back to us.”

WHAT’S EHMC’S TACTIC?

EHMC has magical thinking if they believe these issues will just go away.

We have received authorization from the membership to issue a strike notice to EHMC . If we are unable to make progress on these critical issues, we will send the strike notice to EHMC.

Dates of negotiations: Monday May 24th, Tuesday May 25th, Wednesday May 26th & Friday May 28th.

Every member must be present at these meetings and must be engaged in the negotiation discussions/process.
