We are reaching out to nurses who have been members of HPAE Local 5004 for 5 years or less. We have decided to have a ZOOM meeting which may be more amenable than a full day of discussion. We believe you have a unique perspective in areas that concern us as a union. Also, you may possess a viewpoint on issues that we have not identified.

We want to explore with you, the orientation process, the residency program, and your input as to how relationships, commitment, and confidence is built at EHMC. What are best practices and what needs to change.
