Local 5103 Presidents Election

HPAE Local 5103 will be holding an election for both the RN and Technical Presidents. These elections are due to RN tie and a protest being upheld in Technical election. This does not affect any of the Vice Presidents elected. The election is being overseen by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Ballots will be mailed to all members in good standing on Friday, October 14, 2022. You must be a member in good standing by that date otherwise you are not eligible to vote. The deadline for receipt of ballots is Monday, November 7, 2022, 9:00 a.m., to be counted. Any ballots received after that date will be void. The counting of ballots will take place at that November 7, 2022 at the offices of the AAA located at 120 Broadway, New York, NY. PA. Ballots shall be secured at the offices of the AAA under lock and key. The AAA will guarantee the security of the ballots at all times and certify the results. The AAA is hereby authorized to administer said election for Local 5103 in accordance with the AAA Election Rules.
