Send Your HPAE Team to bargaining on June 7 with your full support. On Tuesday, June 6^th at 12:15 PM, Join an HPAE Solidarity Walk at locations across the state and tell Rutgers: We Deserve Better!

We kept this University running through the pandemic. Many of us at risk to our personal safety. As we lost friends and family to COVID, yet we continued to keep Rutgers University running. Now, Rutgers offers us pennies while spending lavishly on sports and real estate ambitions. It is not right. We deserve better.

Join a HPAE Solidarity Walk in HPAE Red on June 6 at locations across the state to show that we are united as we come together for:

• True salary increases that keep pace with inflation; Rutgers has the money!
• An end to Rutgers’ illegal subcontracting of our work
• Health and safety protections, affordable benefits, and dignity at work for all
• Equality with our legacy-Rutgers colleagues in parking fees and vacation accruals
• Tuition remission that actually covers all of the programs we need
• Remote and flexible work options that work for us, not just for the University

Tell Rutgers: if we are a beloved community, treat us like one. We can’t win what we deserve without showing that we are a strong Union.

We Return to the Bargaining Table on June 7- Join the HPAE Bargaining Caucus

Beginning at 9am on June 7, meet with your bargaining team, weigh in on the issues you care about most, and participate in your collective bargaining process. Register for the session through this link. Members are welcome to join on time off and breaks and are encouraged to participate as much as possible.
