HPAE local 5030 Bargaining Update #3

After several members spoke at bargaining on Friday with regards to short staffing and how we need ratios, HMH has continued to reject our staffing ratios. We know staffing ratios work and we need ratios now!

The Union has presented all our proposals across the table, and we continue to wait for management to respond to them.

Today HMH gave a counter to our ESL proposal that would now include emergency room visit, outpatient surgery and biopsy procedures from day 1 and we countered with including telehealth, doctor, and urgent care visits.
