Local 5004 Negotiations Update: Strike Vote

We Have Strike Authorization!!

Yesterday (5/16) our members came to vote on authorizing our committee to give a strike notice if necessary. It was a long day of voting, and our members turned out in force. The end result: our members overwhelmingly vote to support a job action or strike if necessary.

Thanks to all the members who showed up and showed out. We have a half day of negotiations today (Friday) and will update you at the end of our session.
