Local 5004 Contract Ratified!!

After many weeks of negotiations, we finally ratified our new agreement with Englewood Health today.

Our members turned out in force and overwhelmingly voted to ratify our new contract!

Thanks to the entire membership – you all stood strong and forced the boss’s hand. Without your involvement and support we would not have achieved such a good deal – large first year increases, better staffing numbers and enforcement and much more.

And a special thanks to the Contract Action Team (Communicators). You all did so much work keeping the membership informed and active.

Now it’s up to all of us to enforce our new agreement!
