Local 5185 Negotiations Update, June 5, 2024

Your Negotiating Team had scheduled a meeting with Management for June 5th, but management cancelled last minute.

1. We were able to reschedule the session for June 11th.
2. Management responded to our proposals by rejecting everything except our proposal to freeze your insurance payments at current levels.
3. Management has repeatedly stated that CarePoint has no money to offer for raises. Under the Law, this means we are now entitled to more financial information to verify their claims. We have sent an extensive request for more financial information.
4. Management needs to know that we are still Strong and United.
