HPAE local 5030 Bargaining Update, June 6, 2024

STAFFING RATIOS FOR ALL BARGAINING UNITS AND FAIR WAGES

The Bargaining Committee met with Hackensack meridian Health today to continue negotiating on wages and staffing ratios. HMH has failed to provide safe staffing ratios for most departments in the hospital. We are maintaining our proposals.

Tomorrow, June 7th, we will meet with HMH again to discuss wages. We will be joined by a federal mediator.
