To All MY Cooper Nurses,
It is with great sadness that I am sending this to let you know that I am stepping down from my position as President of our Local. It has been quite a journey navigating through several contract negotiations and dealing with administration. My greatest joy was getting to know so many of you. You are the best of the best nurses!
We have had our ups and downs in how we feel we should deal with different issues throughout my term. The Executive Board always has your best interest at heart. We worked hard as a team to ensure that Cooper administers our union contract correctly. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to serve as your President.
It is time for a new team of nurses to lead our Local forward. Let me introduce our new LEB.
