HPAE 5094 Executive Board appoints new Co-secretary

At our September meeting, the HPAE Local 5094 Executive Board voted to appoint Vincent Muse to serve as union Co-secretary, with responsibility for work-sites at Rutgers Piscataway, New Brunswick, and Stratford, as well as Rowan University.

The appointment to fill the position was made after recently elected Co-secretary, Chariza Endralin, tendered her resignation due to unforeseen circumstances. Vincent will complete the remainder of the unexpired two year term.

Vincent has been a member of Local 5094 since 2006 when he was first hired as a Habilitation Counselor at UMDNJ’s University Behavioral HealthCare (UBHC) Specialized Case Management and Outreach Services. Now a Rutgers employee, Vincent works in Piscataway for UBHC’s Justice Assistance Grant program.
