HPAE 5094 Rutgers Tele-Town Hall and Contract Vote

Join us on Tuesday, June 9th at 7:00 pm for a tele-town hall conference call to review our tentative agreement with Rutgers University before our upcoming contract ratification vote.

If you are a member of Local 5094, you should receive a call on Tuesday evening asking you if you’d like to join the tele-town hall. Simply follow the directions and you’ll be connected with me and hundreds of your co-workers

This is your chance to learn what gains we have made in our contract and what changes you can expect. You will also have an opportunity to have your questions answered

We will be calling the home or cell phone number we have on file for each member. Alternately, click here to RSVP for the call and we will send you a direct number so you can call in yourself. After we verify your membership, we will forward the call-in number. You can expect to receive the information by Tuesday afternoon.

Our contract ratification vote is being administered by the American Arbitration Association. Members will have the option to vote by phone or by internet. The polls open at 12:00 am, on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 and will close at 3:00 pm Friday, June 12.

Voting instructions and a sample ballot have been sent via postal mail to the home address we have on file. Be sure to check your mail. Remember, only members of the union are eligible to vote.

We are trying out these new communication and voting tools in an effort to reach as many members as possible and I look forward to your participation.
