Local 5103 Members Ratify National Tentative Agreement

Last night, Local 5103 members voted overwhelmingly to ratify a National Tentative Agreement that was negotiated between the National ARC Biomedical Services Division and eight labor unions representing ARC healthcare workers across the country. The other unions in the ARC Union Coalition, which represents 4,000 employees in 20 states, will be holding ratification meetings in the coming weeks. If enough unions vote to ratify the contract, the National Agreement will go into effect for all unions who vote to accept it.
