HPAE Opposes State Plan to Move Mental Health Division to NJ Department of Health

On behalf of 13,000 nurses and health professionals, HPAE President Ann Twomey sent a letter today to NJ State Senators asking them to oppose Governor Christie’s Reorganization Plan 001—2017 to transfer the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services to the New Jersey Department of Health. President Twomey urged State Senators to vote in support of a Senate resolution opposing the transfer.
