Local 5030 Supports Efforts of Palisades Interns and Residents to Achieve a Fair Contract

Doctor residents working at Palisades Medical Center/Hackensack Meridian Health rallied yesterday at the hospital to demand a fair contract. The residents are represented by SEIU CIR.

A key issue is salaries. New Jersey is one of the most expensive states to live and work, yet residents at Palisades earn 17% less than other residents represented by SEIU CIR in New Jersey.
