In our Union contract we have negotiated language that mandates that the Union and the hospital create specific joint committees. Both parties have input into what the committee is going to focus on. Our Voices are heard!

The special open enrollment period to make changes to your State Health Benefit Program (SHBP) begins Monday, December 12th through Tuesday, December 20th.
After months of bargaining and two months of promising to provide one, management made an initial economic proposal. It is incomplete and does not meet our needs. After that, we have had two sessions where management made no other proposals
