Local 5185 Negotiations Update, May 1, 2024
On April 30, your Union Negotiations Team met with management for our third session. We continued to discuss CarePoint's bad financial situation, which has not improved.
Local 5004 Negotiations Update, April 30, 2024
Today we met with management for our third full day of bargaining for our new contract. We presented management with some new, mostly non-economic proposals.
Local 5103 Convention Delegate Election
All HPAE local 5103 members in good standing were mailed a ballot this week to vote for AFT and HPAE Convention delegates. Please take the time to review and cast your vote.

Local 5105 Union Update: Dress Code
As you have heard, Virtua believes they have the right to make unilateral changes to the dress code policy that would dictate what color scrubs our members can wear at work.
Local 5004 – Englewood Strike Vote and Membership Meeting
We are so proud that an overwhelming majority of nurses at Englewood Hospital signed onto our petition demanding safe staffing, equitable pair, and respect at work!
Local 5118 Negotiations Update, April 24
We presented a comprehensive amended proposal on Violence Prevention which focuses on our safety at work? In return we received a counter proposal from Cooper to create a new committee - Workplace Safety. We rejected it.
