Save Our Healthcare….And Other HPAE News

December 22, 2016

Take Action! Save Our Healthcare

Congress is rushing to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA) with no guarantee that people will continue to have the same access to health coverage, care and protections they have now under the ACA. A vote to repeal would harm millions of people in America and throw the U.S. health care system into unnecessary and unproductive disarray. In New Jersey more than 900,000 people would be at risk of losing coverage completely.

HPAE and our national union, the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), have joined the campaign to save our healthcare. Call 866-426-2631 right now to be connected to your representative in Congress. Tell him or her to vote “NO” on repeal of the ACA.
