The pandemic challenged healthcare worker safety like never before. Review the process of using HPAE and local resources, contract language, and power to make change, including identifying hazards, alerting management, and strong documentation. Discuss labor-management safety committees, internal grievances and external complaints. Review recent legislative and safety accomplishments, and understand what we do to make an OSHA, PEOSH or DOH complaint successful.
