Local 5103 Member Update, September 26 (pictures!)

As you know, we are bargaining with management on October 1st, 2nd and 3rd. We are giving management ONE LAST CHANCE to come to their senses and take their cuts off the table.

Between now and then, it’s critical that we show management our power. You all are doing a great job posting pictures on Facebook holding signs that say “We Support our Bargaining Committee.” We need to get all the pictures posted by Thursday at 5:00pm, and we need every member to post one so we can send a clear and unified message to management. We’re going to be printing them on a big poster board and presenting it to management on October 1st.

We also want to PACK THE ROOM for the start of negotiations at 10am on October 1st. We will be providing food and HPAE tee-shirts for you all to wear. Please reach out to one of your bargaining committee members and let them know that you will be able to attend.

Finally, we will be holding a membership meeting on Sunday October 7th at 5:30pm. We’ll let you know as soon as the location is set.
