HPAE United At Rutgers: We Stand Together for Job Security, Dignity, and Transparency

When you are a union member, you get a greater say at work. Since the 1880’s the American Labor Movement has fought for greater democracy in the workplace, and HPAE is no exception. When you are a union member you get to negotiate and vote on your terms of employment, without which the employer would have the first and only say. We need to hear from you, to be sure we are fighting for what your care most about, and so we can uplift your concerns to the powers-that-be.
