Negotiations Session #5
On May 17th, HPAE negotiation team, on behalf of the membership, presented EHMC negotiating team a comprehensive proposals on staffing and wages.
On April 22nd, the first day of negotiations we presented an all-encompassing education proposal.
Today, May 20th, the hospital could not enter into a discussion on staffing and education. But they did give us a wage proposal, see below:
Across the board increase for FT, PT, and Weekend Flex employees
1st year 1%
2nd year 1%
3rd year 1%
Plus, anniversary increase.
Longevity Bonus
FT, Weekend Flex – $1000.
PT – $600.
Casual Per Diems
1st year 1%
2nd year 1%
3rd year 1%
Weekend/Holidays
