Management is not providing the information we need to negotiate, enforce our Contract, and make sure they’re following the law. We need your help getting information for our attorneys.

All Laid-Off workers, including those laid off in November should:

  1. Fill Out this Survey: https://forms.office.com/r/FiRpUegTRc
  2. Email your Layoff Notice, Final Schedule, any Severance/PTO Payout documents: Final Pay Stub, Job Offer Materials, and any Emails or texts from Management to [email protected]
  3. Share the survey with your coworkers.
