PMC Staffing Form is Now Available
Please be informed that the PMC Staffing form is now available electronically on the HMH website. If during your shift you experience unsafe staffing, inappropriate assignments, or lack of adequate support, please complete the electronic staffing form so your concern is documented. You can access the form through the link below or MyHMH. Sites.Palisades Medical Center.Clinical tools and applications.
Once the form is completed, a copy will automatically be emailed to the team member who submitted it and we ask that you forward that to the local at [email protected]
This applies to all Bargaining Units.
