Exciting News from Local 5131

Spring is in the air and our union is growing!

In March, Vineland and Elmer Case Managers from the Care Coordination department held a successful vote to join Local 5131. Please join us in welcoming them! They are preparing to go to the bargaining table to negotiate their very first contractual agreement, which will be an addendum to the contract we negotiated last spring. All Case Managers across the Inspira network are now unionized!

We are also looking for new Unit Reps to help us ensure that Local 5131 keeps growing stronger. Our goal is to have at least one trained Unit Rep in every department where our members currently work. This allows us to ensure that every single department and unit has a representative close by.
