HPAE 5089 Rutgers Bargaining Update #4 and General Membership Meeting

Yesterday marked our fourth bargaining session with management. We have an important update on where bargaining stands – and a critical ask.

We’ve brought nearly fifty proposals to the table. These proposals reflect what you told us matters in the survey: fair wages, safe staffing, and real job protections.

Rutgers has responded with a single counterproposal: NO.

This is disappointing, but not a surprise. We have a plan to win our proposals, but our plan only works if our membership is united and active.

Now is the time to get involved. We are asking our members to join our members only General Membership Meeting next Thursday, May 7th at 12pm and 7pm:
