Negotiations Update – First Day of Bargaining

We just finished our first bargaining session with Rutgers. We put forward our set of non-economic proposals. Our proposals aimed at winning safe staffing, job security protections to prevent Barnabas takeover, and strong language on Emergency Weather.

Our next scheduled bargaining date is April 15^th and we will present our economic proposals. This is the time for our union to be united — we need you to get involved, join the Contract Action Team, and talk to your coworkers. Participation matters – it is how we win!
