HPAE 5091 AFT Delegate Election Update

Nominations for the Local 5091 AFT Convention Delegates officially closed on April 27, 2026. Following the close of the nomination period, the local has received only three (3) nominations.

Local 5091 has determined it will be sending six (6) delegates to the convention. Under the HPAE Delegate Election Rules, an election is not necessary when the number of candidates does not exceed the number of available positions.

Accordingly, the following individuals will serve as the Local 5091 delegates:

  • Jeff Peck (Nominee)
  • Barbara Rosen (Nominee)
  • Bob Davis (Nominee)
  • Faith Mazuru (Elected Officer)
  • Christina Blasoni-Topsidis (Elected Officer)
