HPAE 5094 AFT Delegate Election Update

Nominations for the Local 5094 AFT Convention Delegates officially closed on April 27, 2026. Following the close of the nomination period, the local has received eight (8) nomination.

Local 5094 has determined it will be sending ten (10) delegates to the convention, six (6) to be elected and four (4) elected officers. Under the HPAE Delegate Election Rules, an election is necessary to elect which nominees will serve as delegates and which shall be alternates.

Accordingly, the following members will appear as nominees under the ballot being sent to all members in good standing by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Ballots were mailed to members home addresses on May 5, 2026 and will close June 5, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

Delegates (vote for up to six (6) :

  • Herberth Chacon
  • Anna Falisiewicz
  • Saleena Ghanny
  • Noor Hamdan
  • Jessica Liptak
  • Jason Minott
  • Ashley Uribe
  • Carmen Judy Vincenty

The six (6) candidates receiving the highest number of votes will serve as delegates. The other two (2) candidate will serve as alternates.
