Llanfair House- Berkshire Membership Meeting-Important Update Regarding Bankruptcy Claims

As many of you are aware, Llanfair House/Windsor has filed for bankruptcy. As part of this process, there is a limited window of time for the Union to identify and document monies that may be owed to members, including unpaid wages, benefits, and other financial losses.

We will be holding a Zoom membership meeting to provide an update on the bankruptcy proceedings, discuss how they may impact our members, and review the worksheet that has been developed to help identify potential claims. It is very important that members attend if possible, as there is a deadline at the end of June to submit this information in order to preserve potential claims and maximize the opportunity for recovery.
